About Dr. Winnie Chang

Dr. Chang has personally coached over 400 students and developed hundreds of board prep schedules. Her students consistently perform well above the national average on their USMLE board tests. She is well-versed in all of the most used Step 1 resources. 

Dr. Chang has worked with diverse student populations, including at-risk student athletes, students with learning disabilities, English language learners, and medical students for over 14 years.  She is dedicated to fostering motivation, academic accountability, and evidence based active learning strategies in students to develop life-long learners.

Dr. Chang earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology and Sociology and her master’s degree in Education, both from the University of Michigan.  She also holds a doctoral degree in Education from the University of Miami in Higher Education Leadership.
